IT Strategy

Strategy. The origin of this expression comes from military science. It meant the art of winning wars, coordinating and supplying armies. In our point of view it makes sense in reaching business successes, effective allocation and managing of our resources.

Because we know our further objectives, we are able to make our decisions in this spirit. So in case of our ad hoc investments, which are not in the strategy, we take our further aims into consideration. We increase the chance to realize solutions, which will represent the bases, maybe integral parts of the later planned developments.

The strategy also helps to make enough time for planning and execution by scheduling the tasks. This way we can avoid mistakes from precipitance, which makes higher costs almost every time and therefore less plans will be realized.
