Repair process:
You will receive a "Service order form" document about the equipment delivered to our service department, which contains the data about your computer and a detailed description about the fault.
The computer testing and error detection often starts the same day. After error detection, you will receive a written offer about the repair cost, which if accepted, the computer repair will begin, or if necessary the spare part ordering.
When the repairing is done you will receive a notification and you can use your computer again, after paying the repair cost.
