Fourth time the NetApp is the winner of the Storage Magazine Quality Prize
The independent industrial publication (of) Storage Magazine and industrial portal SearchStorage.com held their seventh survey this year, where the NetApp reached an average of 6,69 points, just ahead of the solutions of the IBM, the HDS, the EMC and the HP, which resulted in this year's Quality Awards. In the survey of Enterprise category they measured - among the functions of storage systems and reliability - the quality of service, namely the overall impression (satisfaction) of clients.
The 213 participants, who own a total of 320 enterprise storage systems with an average of 100+ TB capacity, scored the following points on a scale of 1 to 8: competency of vendors, first impressions on the product, functions of the product, reliability and (technical) support. Last but not least clients have answered the question, whether they would buy this kind of product again.
